CEDIA Announces 2026 Smart Home Awards Winners
CEDIA has revealed the winners of its 2026 Smart Home Awards Americas, honoring top projects, products, businesses, and individuals in the smart home

CEDIA has announced the winners of its 2026 Smart Home Awards Americas. The awards ceremony took place during the CEDIA Expo in Denver, Colorado.
This year's theme was "Beyond What You See." It aimed to highlight innovation, technical skill, and design in the smart home sector. The event was supported by sponsors including Lutron, AVPro Global, DMF, and Kohler.
Project and Business Honors
Winning projects spanned integrated homes, home cinemas, and commercial installations. HAAS Home Technologies won multiple awards for its Casa de Verano project. It took top honors in Best Integrated Home Level III and Technology Meets Design. The project also received an honorable mention in Best Home Cinema Level II.
Audio Images won Best Home Cinema Level II for its Pinnacle Cinema. Petrone Technology Group was recognized for bringing technology to the National Polo Center. In business categories, Aspire Audio Video Solutions won for Excellence in Business among integrators. OneVision Resources was named the top trade supplier.
Award-Winning Home Technology Products
The awards highlighted new hardware and software for smart homes. A panel of judges selected winners from a global field of entries. The winning products include major audio, video, lighting, and control systems.

Several products were also inducted into a Product Hall of Fame. This honors products with a lasting industry impact. Inductees included the DMF 4-inch Downlighting System and Sonance's Invisible Series speakers.
Recognizing Industry Individuals
Awards were given to professionals for their technical skill, sales work, and volunteer efforts. TJ Morgan of OneVision Resources was named Best Sales Representative. Chris Lambrecht of CWAV LLC won Best Technician.
The ceremony also honored volunteers who support CEDIA's initiatives. Will Breaux was Advocacy Volunteer of the Year. Adam Pelz received the overall Volunteer of the Year award.
The Lifetime Achievement Award went to Peter Lyngdorf of Denmark. According to CEDIA, the global judging panel was impressed by the high level of commitment shown across the industry. Regional award ceremonies for EMEA and APAC are scheduled for late October.
