Flock Safety loses contracts, drones rise
Flock Safety, the surveillance company behind the nationwide debate over AI-powered street-level monitoring, has lost several city contracts in the past year. The company, which acquired drone startup Aerodome for more than $300 million in October 2024, is now focusing on its aerial unit, the Flock Alpha drone.
